Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original Timberland PRO packaging and securely seal the box before attaching the prepaid label to the exterior.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
